David Villa was unveiled today as a Barcelona player. At the press statement, the 40 million signing said that he is joining Barcelona at the peak of his powers. At 28, a footballer is at his best age.
He is expecting and knows that competition will be tough at the Blaugrana but he is prepared to roll up his sleeves and do the hardwork. He also has high praises for the coach, Pep Guardiola saying that he can't wait to work under the former Barcelona & Spanish player as his new team mates mentioned that they have improved under his guidance as he makes them comfortable playing football.
Whatever it is, Barcelona will be more stronger next season and with the expected signing of Cesc Fabregas from Arsenal, they would be a frightening opposition to face.
