Berbatov Out for 3 Months

More injury news has added woes to Manchester United's title push. Dimitar Berbatov will go under the knife for a knee ligament injury. The Bulgarian hitman has been playing through the pain barrier and been given painkiller injections to help hi with the pain.

It is projected that he will be out for 3 months after the surgery. This setback might be good news for Michael Owen who would be expected to get more playing time in the absence of Berbatov. This will help Owen in his push for a World Cup spot on the England team.
